Return & Exchange Timeframes
- Standard Returns & Exchanges: You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your unworn, unwashed Tee in original packaging.
Condition of Items
To ensure easy processing:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or it will not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping Options
- Size exchange? We’ll cover return shipping and send your replacement.
- Refund to Payment Method: Shipping cost will potentially be deducted from your refund, in which you will be notified accordingly.
Processing Times
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
- Expect to see your refund within 5–7 days after processing. For exchanges, your new item ships once your return is processed.
What Happens If Conditions Aren’t Met?
- If your return doesn’t meet our criteria or it’s a final sale item, you’ll be offered the option to have the item shipped back to you at no additional cost or donated.
